"I don't have 19 friends to complain to" LOL! sure you do. there's me, and tc and and well there's uh, gottfried and just too many others to name! btw, i have purchased 4 dell computers and they've all been good machines. dell's customer service has been okay with me, though i admit to cutting way back on my calls to them. but their components are holding together for me. just one time did i have to really fight for my right to party with them, and i prevailed. it took a half dozen emails exchanged, which, while aggravating as all heck at the time, in retrospect, wasn't that bad. my next pc will probably be from dell. but i sure feel for people like the last horror story we just heard. that's some real stressful crap happening, man :) mark
