Foreign stocks - if they are listed in the US their Web site usually has a page like this with more information:

natuzzi.com

Maybe not enough but all you will get for the typical small ADR.

This should get better in the future . Formerly, foreign companies were exempt from electronic filing.
Starting November 2002, they are required to file electronically, so more information (e.g. Form 20-F)
should be available via EDGAR.
