Hi David, Some facts ...

Shares issued: 69,252,501 shares
Options issued: 32,897,500 (exercisable at AUD 0.20 expire 2003.06.30)

Unlisted employee options: 6,000,000
Market Capitalization (at AUD 0.20): AUD 13,850,500

Business Model: leasing out of electronic advertising boards via JV with local partners on country-by-country basis

Technology: patented low cost, long-life, psycho-physics (brain makes assumptions of complete images and clarity of vision whilst only receiving partial images through physical sight)enhanced resolution true colour electronic boards controlled via Internet. Still images during day time and motion images at night. 300-1000 square meters, viewed at 100 or more meters away with viewing angle of 170 degrees. The stuff is all manufactured by third parties and the secret is the encoded and encrypted algorithm embedded in some controller chips.

My guess is that JJ Del Piano will exit the shareholding structure, since he has been selling and has nothing much to do with anything that is going on.

The thingamajig may easily beat Maurice's QCOM.

Chugs, Jay
