Well according to that Brookings inst article we (the US ) have been the largest donor of food and aid to North Korea "despite the tense relationship"...The main point is we are the ones offering the most support which negates your slanted view. do you think they really care about political leverage the ones that are lucky enough to get the food that isn't grabbed by the corrupt police and officials? Do you think they really want to international terrorists and criminals instead selling plutonium ? Mouthfuls matter when you are starving not rhetoric. And technology will help them develope their economy . Maybe China will help them here ? Or France? sure Dorothy , and you are back in Kansas now . ;-)
