A way out for Bush:

Bush should demand that the UN inspection team double or triple in size and ask that the inspection process go on for at least two more years. Parallel to this happening will be gradual phased reduction of sanctions against Iraq. Bush should declare victory that Saddam's WDM capability has been severely disabled and impotent. With this, both Bush and Blair should immediately begin downsizing the military buildup.

Next, concentrate fully on North Korea.

After that? Commit the utmost to helping the UN build a better planet, becoming a leader in spreading fair and balanced trade throughout the world. In effect, help lift the boats!
