Yes, I read that re hospitals and the vaccine. Do you or does anyone know how long it would take to have a vaccination work if there was an bio attack, and no one had been vaccinated? Or would it work? Wonder if the city would just be quarantined?

I wonder why folks don't take the bioweapons more seriously? It seems to me that since there are evidently ample suicide bombers, that it wouldn't be a stretch for those so inclined to acquire smallpox from a terrorist group, and come into contact with as many people as possible before they die....a walking time bomb, so to speak. What then?
