Actually, I like the with us or against us approach to Foreign policy. Turkey, here are our plans, are you with us? No, OK, we're going anyway if necessary. If we do, there will be a Kurdistan! Are you sure you aren't with us.

No, France. You have xxx days to reconsider. If you believe you are justified in your position, you have made your decision. Our responce will be to declare France a terrorist state, and ban travel to France and severely limit trade with your country. We both can make our own choices. Is you trade with Iraq, more important to you than trade with the US?

Now, I know people will come up with all kinds of reasons why this isn't practical. After all, they say, you cannot have foreign policy represented by shoving things down other peoples throats. Nah, only North Korea, Cuba, and Arab states can do that! I'm one for finally telling people that we are sick and tired of playing games, and when it comes to action, we are willing to take it!
