Well. Morocco isn't where the europeans fled like from Mainland China to Taiwan and
Turkey is becoming a part of EU anyway, long time after US in secrecy placed
nuclear missiles there.

Nigeria has at least a lot a of oil, while Seseko isn't around in Congo anymore and
Mandela and Ghana are busy sorting out Liberia (did I miss any possible other US-colony)

However, the EU-Spain-Morocco negotiations might get an extra kick from this.
The long chocolate-war EU-Africa just ended anyway, former european colonial
monopolies lost, issues of agriculture, EU subsidies, are more difficult, but
steps are taken every year. (that is, EU-Africa issues need to be done in parallell
with the new 10 memberstates and Turkey, but all are going forward fairly well,
Africa is working on the AU = African Union.)
