actually i think it is disturbing that ritter's attorney was able to cut a deal such as he did....this was *before* he did his political 180...

since when do we take the view that child predators online are to be protected?

supposedly laws were enacted to allow "zero tolerance" for the possession of child pornography....during the investigation, was ritter's computer analyzed? was he given some sort of "immunity" from that due to his status as a former weapons inspector?

i believe at this point the story goes far beyond the initial incidents themselves. the records should be opened, it's important to understand whether ritter was/is being blackmailed by the iraqis.

and why he was seemingly protected by our judicial system.
