John-Re-"Maybe att wireless puts a lot of advertising dollars in the mag."

I believe you hit the nail on the head. I bet AWE's enormous advertising budget has a lot of influence on the "journalistic" content (spin) and choice of articles being reported. I noted this especially in the IBD regarding Qualcomm/ CDMA vs AT&T /GSM. IBD has few advertisements, but AT&T is one of their largest from my observation. I heard from a former advertising exec that often the "Goodwill seal of approval" went to the client who placed the most ads in the magazine. Goes to prove- You can't always believe what you read!!!!
