You said, "There are other factors that the University values in it's applicants, including that they reflect the state population." You didn't stipulate you were referring to race.

So, I think I understand now. If it is necessary to discriminate against white applicants in order that we not discriminate against black applicants, that is OK? Right? Is that about it?
