Claude, as long as the insider trading is declared, there is nothing wrong with a director trading stock publicly in his own company.

Perhaps Sooley clearly recognised the DMX rally and sold into strength. I'd keep an eye out for January's insider report to see if he bought his shares back in the low $2's.

Then again, perhaps he simply needed the cash.

Regardless, it is helping bring DMX closer to my sub $2 reentry point. If I'd been nimble at the open yesterday, I'd have had a nice 15% flip in one day.
