Ted, I'm not talking about the merits of the case. That's for the court-martial to decide, specifically those who are familiar with under-fire scenarios.

But it just seems to me that the general is hanging these two pilots out to dry just to save his political bacon. After all, he's the one heading the investigation, and it's a lot better for him to pin the blame on two individuals instead of the bigger picture.
