There is no question, when you give blacks preferential treatment over whites, the whites are being discriminated against. That is precisely what this case is about, and I predict the Court will so determine.

I don't agree that anyone has shown to whites to be discriminated against. I strongly suspect that whites are accepted at least in proportion to their percentage in the population, Asians perhaps a bit more, and blacks are woefully underrepresented. Do you disagree?

"accepted at least in proportion to their percentage in the population" does not equal "not discriminated against".
