The paper tends to be "Center/Right" on editorials. And they don't have a "Raines" running the news room. As a matter of fact, that difference makes it easy to judge what Raines is doing. You just compare the Posts story coverage with the Times. The Op-ed columnists are way left, but I think that will change as time goes by. I suspect having the Washington Times in Town has moved them a little.
