A human fetus or embryo is a pre-child, if it survives birth. The anti-choice faction, uses the term "child murder" because they don't feel that they have a strong enough case against abortion, without shouting falsehoods. My basis for determining that an embryo is not a child, is because it is not a child. When was the last time you sent an embryo outside to play with it's friends? When was the last time you played catch with an embryo? When was the last time that you let an embryo watch TV, or eat a pizza, or tucked an embryo into bed? Is your assertion that an embryo, or sperm, is a child?
