Well one problem solved. NDIS2 driver sometimes installs as an Ethernet Adapter driver when installing TCP/IP Protocol. If you have no adapter you don't need it. If you have an adapter the connectivity package will configure it for you. If no adapter it shows in computer devices as not working. I simply uninstalled it and no longer receive error messages at boot up.

Now if I can get rid of the network password at start up and desktop icon! I'll keep working on it and let you know.
