Per Jeff#1 charts last night one has to be ready for a strong ramp on a commencement of war. The bombing phase will include the "rally around the flag(which means buy stocks)" refrain with PPT pulling out all the tricks. Per 1991 chart this will just plain run until people realize this isn't a replay of 1991, and, if i am at all right, will be a great deal different. We are entering this game as they say supremely overconfident and sure the score will be 60-0 like in 1991. As long as that is in play this can rally on war as people find the 1991 chart and say let's do it again.Max
