TP, haven't followed your exchange with D. Ray real closely but the above usually means you 'outthunk' him and he can't admit that he doesn't have a response to your retorts so he says the above.....which usually is preceded with a post that declares you're an idiot [if the two of you have been posting for a while], or you don't have a clue, or you're not thinking right, etc. Not to worry......after a few hours of his CPA or software homework, he gets rejunevated and is up for another marathon. ;~)) ted
