Race is not all that subjective. I'm sure you don't mean that there would be an admissions board that tries to determine if the applicant is black enough. 5 points for tan skin up to 20 points for coal color? The Univerisity all ready has several point possibilities for background or poverty including a full 20 points that is completely discresionary.
