"If you actually believe that individuals have any rights that government has no legititimate right to restrict in any way, please say so clearly."

I do not believe this. I think I have been pretty clear about this. I explained at length that I believe the government has an obligation to show consideration for our rights as humans and that there are restrictions implicit in any right. I gave a pretty clear example of how the government does not give me the right to be a sexual being and cannot can not remove my right to be a sexual being; but must restrict my choices of how I express my sexuality.

ME: I
clearly explained the differences between what a "right" of a human is vs the
ability to do something just because no one has placed restrictions on the
action ..."

You: "Actually, you didn't."

Yes I did.

"I don't see that you have yet acknowledged a single right that any human has that the government can't legitimately put restrictions on.

Nor will I. What is your point?

"If you actually believe that individuals have any rights that government has no legititimate right to restrict in any way, please say so clearly. Because your philosophy, as I understand it, at least implicitly, if not explicitly, denies that any such exist."

That is not my philosophy. If you would stop parsing my argument to gain points that should become clear to you.
