But wait a minute. Didn't President Bush and Vice President CHeney tell us over and over that they had proof Iraq had WMD. DO they or don't they. Were they wrong or intellectually dishonest when they told us that? The American people think this is bogus because there have been too many loud speechs and little follow-up and proof.
