Yeah, the good ole boy judge tried to "correct" the sentence of the one that got what all three deserved.

Maybe so. But the Judge was trying to correct a situation, after the fact, where the one least involved got nailed the worst. And for trying to do a good job as Judge, trying to be fair, the Left is trying to "Bork" him.
