That would be a last resort, IMO.

We'd go back to withholding contributions first, were the UN to continue to ignore their obligations and duties as an international body.

Though I have heard some discussion that the UN has considered moving to Switzerland.

I recall how many, many years ago I came up with this bizarre image – of Russia 'demanding' independence and withdrawing form the Soviet Union. Back then I thought it was a joke… but History decided differently.
