I don't want to argue it to hard as I don't really agree with it, but if I start with the assumption that carrying an unwanted child makes a woman a slave then it could be argued that even if it is a person you have a right to kill it. If someone tried to enslave you, you would have a right to use deadly force to defend yourself. It doesn't obviate the personhood of the fetus, it is rather an attempt to justify the killing despite this personhood.
