I have no direct experience with this and am not sufficiently informed. I know that it is a constant issue with groups and organizations that make a serious study of human rights -- I am not, however, certain that torture is widespread in China. By the way, do you condone the US torturing its prisoners?

many innocent palestinians will be tortured and executed by the israeli govt this year. what is your take on that? no opinion?
