The embryo and fetus should have equal rights to independence and freedom as the woman. So...... any woman that does not want the fetus or embryo inside of her should have the option to give said embryo(s) or fetus to the government, at any age, and have the government take care of it, as an "anonymous" person. You wouldn't force the embryo or fetus to become a host. With equal rights as a person, you shouldn't be able to force the woman to be a host.
