Chat Notes : 1/22/03 8:00 PM Daily Signals : As of today's close the signals (except for the RUT which was not a Nikko posted - CLASS 1 BUY yesterday) have given the (first hint) of being negated because the indices closed near the lows. If the indices close at the low's tomorrow and its a negative day the signals will confirm being negated and will be rendered temporarily useless. Donald has reduced his short fund position to 7% (from 64%) as of today's close. He is not going long, but will be adding shorts if the market bounces. He will add a significant amount of shorts if the market (NDX) is up 40 pts or more, and will likely add even if the NDX bounces 10. Yesterday's close showed Imperfect 3 Black Crows on the SOX, NWX, DOW, SPX, and OEX. These can bounce up to the 1st resistance area of the pattern which is the middle of the pattern. If the first Crow is significantly broken to the upside the Crow's would be negated. As of today new sets of 3 Black Crows formed which are not imperfect. Donald also said that his vix is close to a sell signal and his capitulation indicator gave a buy signal today. He is aware that the a/h market is going gaga and that futures are up -
