In Romania, the criminally insane leader, Nicolae Ceausescu, had ALL babies given blood transplants, because of some idiotic theory of his. The blood supply was not protected in Romania. Hence, thousands of babies were given AIDS, by tainted blood. Do we have idiots like Nicolae Ceausescu in America?
