I laugh to think anyone believes kennedy has the educational interests of children front and center,all he cares about is the union vote and dumbing down as many kids as possible so as to allow the dem party their voter stock,take chicago as an example has always been a dem town, also the murder capital of the world,,,,, they have and will continue to enslave blacks for votes ,mostly for the national party;;;;;;they herded them into slums bounded by freeways and railyards so as to hide them, drugged them,then gave them as little education (opportunity) as they could get by with.
