Kumar, I don't think anyone wants NZ (or Canada or Western Europe) to have to equal our output, but maybe come closer on a per-population basis. John

Kumar - I am not one of those who is giving anything more than money. I don't give blood,* and I haven't given any family member. I am just trying to speak for those who do. *I used to donate blood but the drugs I take these days for my rheumatoid arthritis disqualify me. It sounds bogus to me, but apparently if I get pregnant (God forbid) my children would have terrible birth defects. But I did give gallons before I started taking these drugs. Many gallons. A regular blood dairy was I.
