QCOM R at 39 and S at 36. Both the BSL and BRL have been breached recently. I would describe the chart as "violently neutral", though the sell signals are more recent. stockcharts.com SEBL Looks to be putting in a decent base. Most recent sig was a buy, but prior to that was a sell. It is midway in its trading range. I would be more likely to buy it on a big pullback, rather than shorting it at current levels. stockcharts.com Caveat, these opinions are based on the P&F chart only. I didn't look at conventional charts.
