Well that is exactly right, and I am actually getting friggin' goose-pimples to read you make the case as you've made it. To use the might of government to squelch people's valid (when it does not infringe upon others) self-expression is to deny that person's ability to be as human as he can be. In the big scheme this thing with JLA is nothing. Indeed, JLA is likely asleep and I'm sitting heah wastin' my dang breath on this issue. But the principle is very important.
