By the way, for people who hold positions in OTCBB stocks, an article in the 1/21/03 Wall Street Journal states that the BBX is coming by November 2003. Roughly half of the companies on the OTCBB will qualify for the BBX. The spread problem encountered on BB stocks (e.g., ESAN, etc.) will be cured. The trading will be akin to that of the Nasdaq small cap, i.e., anybody can place a bid to buy or sell in between the posted b/a and it'll become the best bid/offer. The companies on the BBX will have more credibility. Only 10 - 11 months away now.
