I had -21 at home this morning. That qualifies as cold in my book. Doesn't keep me from taking my morning walk through the country and along the river though. Of course when you are burning off many pounds of lard off your fat ass you keep warmer then most:) Down 13 in slightly over a week. Of course the first week is always big with water loss but hey I can smile, right?
