Good morning.

The dollar is under pressure again, sparked by comments from the Russian Central Bank that it will begin converting its US dollar reserve balances into currencies that have more attractive yields. The comments triggered stops in the euro, as it is expected to be the largest beneficiary of such flow. Also, a break below the key 100 level on the US dollar index sent the dollar reeling across the board.
