Mindmeld, speaking of stealing technology - Ciena has agreed to pay $25 million to Nortel to settle NT's claim against ONI for patent infringement and misappropriation of trade secrets. Looks like NT had the best optical technology which money could steal.

thats not going to get cisco anywhere. The key is, if you don't want to lose your IP then don't produce in asia. Lawsuits don't work.
