Works fine here, but then I am using QuoteTracker to enter the trades, not the DATEK site. Have not been on the site for a while. Does the browser show that there are any JavaScript errors? Usually would show that on the browser status bar, lower left corner.

Check your firewall and make sure that it allows datek through.

See post #16632. You're experiencing the same problems I've been having in January. Also, today, from a Windows machine running IE (which is a combo that works for me) I couldn't enter any options orders - the site kept telling me the contract wasn't valid. And when I tried to change the price of open orders, I got the "servers are not available" message. Called in all my orders/changes and got them entered. The brokers on the phone said they hadn't heard of any problems (!).

Datek IS admitting they have an options order entry problem. I received this in my AnswerBox Tuesday night:

"Thank you for giving us the opportunity to respond to your
inquiry. I spoke with one of our Technology Support
representatives and have determined that we are still working
to resolve the issue with placing option trades. You may want
to try tabbing over to the place order button and then hit
your enter key. We do not currently have a timeframe on when
this will be resolved and wanted to assure you that we are
working diligently to resolve this problem as quickly as
possible."

BTW, the suggested fix for an inoperative "Enter Order" button didn't work - you can't tab to a button.
