Hi Sarmad, I didn't reply during trading hours as I didn't want to pollute the thread and incur the wrath of Gottfried. Also, I had to consult a dictionary to see if I should be insulted by being classified as one of them thar' iconoclasts.<g>

I am still planning on shorting some of the SCE group as in my opinion their share prices are well ahead of their valuations and may be one of the worst performing sectors this year. I may start tomorrow as I don't expect much more than 1400 on the NAS. Of course, I have been wrong more than once before.

The scenario didn't quite develop as I thought. I expected a peak in January. The runup to the end of Nov. was stronger than I expected.

I see that WDC just reported a great quarter, even surpassing your optimistic forecast. Congratulations. Should see a good pop tomorrow.
