They know my name address and e-mail I'm a repeat customer (G) At 1 AM today I ordered one of those $499 computers, 4 times as fast as my present one, they re-implemented the free shipping that expired last week ($99) but the rebate is now only $50(sob) intead of $100 Its being built today- in assembly And I usually get stuff within 2 or 3 days, since I dont live in Alaska Although it may be warmer there today than here. Yes. this is almost too easy for Dell - when others leave big holes open in the "customer satisfaction"area Sig.
