So here's the BIGGEST JOKE OF THE DECADE!!!!!! Karl Rove, the White House's senior political strategist, suggested that the president ranked with Theodore Roosevelt as an environmentalist and predicted a close 2004 presidential race. Karl is out of his mind....they are losing control at the white boyz house..... Bush has destroyed more of the environment than any president IN HISTORY!
