And my opinion is quite obviously better grounded in fact than yours. One merely needs to look around and see the fact of how the whole world recoils from "queerness." And that JLA used the word "queers" to disparage a general group of people, some of whom undoubtedly were not homosexuals, shows he used the word to point out their strangness - strangeness that is also found amongst homosexuals. It may offend you, but it is most valid.
