Why dont you buy something a little further out and a little deeper ITM? Sometimes things dont go according to script!

March 25's look like a much better deal. JMHO

Looks like the mkt was not overly impressed with one big fat shiny penny per share in 'earnings.'

At this rate, they'll still lose lots of money in 2003, and start looking for a secondary or a bond offering. Few retailers make any money from Jan through Sept. AMZN is no different.

Plus, since their FY ends in Dec., unlike all other retailers whose FY ends in Jan., when they have to pay all their Christmas receivables this Q, the real picture will soon emerge.

It'll be tough to sell bonds, what with the lawsuits going on now re the fraudelent portal 'cash' payments on their books that AMZN tried to convey just prior to that last Euro bond deal, 'cash' payments which turned out to be worthless stock from a variety of bankrupt dotcoms.
These "payments" were line-itemed as "cash."

Nobody with half a brain trusts Bezos anymore.

Stay tuned for the Jan. 31th edition of Barrons. LOL !
