Jeff, I totally agree Even though I don't like the idea of that company suing Moody's frivolously, I hope that it won't get dismissed and Moody's will fight it based on the first amendment and win. I'd love to be able to cite that case if we ever get sued again. The nerve of some of these ballsy scammy companies always amazes me. They sue people who try to expose their scammy loser companies for the public good. It's like a defendant suing a witness to a murder. "Your honor, if he hadn't witnessed me killing this person, I wouldn't be in front of you today and would have gotten away with murder. This witness has damaged me."
