I don't think the notorabout was ever in the TOU or the contract.

That's a different issue. I don't want to go into all that again. I disagree with your interpretation of events. My failure to see events as you do is not "support" of CH, it is a disagreement with you over how you see things. I don't expect you to ever get that, but I'm going to keep saying it anyway, because it keeps being true, for me.
