What explains this?

---> All actions by the Executive Branch seem geared towards increasing, rather than decreasing, worldwide conflict

Take every action since the inauguration... both domestic and foreign actions are moving not just towards tighter control, but with an attitude that appears specifically designed to create military and diplomatic hostility.

Lately Korea, and today Rumsfeld's kick in the stomach to France and Germany.

It's no longer the question

"Who's running the show?",

it's -- "Why in God's name do they so emphatically want worldwide conflict?"
