if i thought there was much hope for a vibrant US economy in '04 i'd reconsider the possibility of was in '03, but imo the economy will remain stagnant and shrub will need to war for an(other) election gambit. meanwhile can someone - anyone - explain why mutual fund companies are opposed to letting their investors know how they voted proxies??? the idea of it being "expensive" is patentable bullsh*t.
