I think the earlier poster means that the NFL doesn't have enough players of whiteness, that too many players of color are unfairly taking the jobs.

If we need quotas to get more programmers of color and engineers of color into the high tech business, then surely we need more quotas to get more football players of whiteness into the NFL.

This racism, this selection of the competent over the quota, cannot be allowed to stand.
