"it's ok for them" so what if i am a self loathing lesbian and use the word "queer" with malicious intent... according to your logic, that's permissible because i am one of them. what next... SI gender/race/orientation identity labels so that we can decipher who is able to use which words with impunity? of course anyone could say they were gay/lesbian and you would just have to take their word on that. your hate speech word assignment argument is simply wrongheaded. and untenable.
