Oh, and last, but not least, they are suing in the U.S. against Huawei's U.S. subsidiaries.

Ah, ok. Well then they may win. The problem is that a large % of internet growth is international at this point. I'm not too concerned though, after all global corps like IBM have had this issue with asia for 50 years. Companies buy the services and support from a vendor such as cisco as much as the IP itself.

Hi Mind:

I assume that you are you in agreement with how I characterized the accounting for share based payments to employees and share based payments for Capex below? In addition, are you in agreement that if a company purchases Capex with stock options, that accounting rules would require the company to value the stock options and show an actual dollar amount for the Capex investment on the investment part of the cash flow statement? If you have links or comments regarding accounting rules that would suggest otherwise, please let me know.
